NWS was very helpful and thorough with how they conducted their work. The person i dealt with was very good and followed up and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Unfortunately Gadget Doctor were not the best company to deal with both I take it on NWS side and as a customer side.

The job went well. The service centre kept in contact regarding the delivery of the parts and once it arrived scheduled the service call. The right part was delivered and fitted. John, the serviceman, waited until the TV was tested and working properly before he left. Everything was clean and tidy.
